We all know that honey is healthy. The health benefits of honey include many different things like healing cough, making your skin glow, helping you lose weight etc. Honey is healthy because it is natural and filled with natural sugars. Fruits are sweet but they are considered healthy when compared to sugar because they contain natural sugars.

Usually we add sugar to sour juices like lime juice. Replace sugar with natural honey to control your weight.

With Tea
Tea is another beverage to which we add sugar. So use honey as a sugar alternative and switch to green tea instead of black tea.

If you are having just salads in your diet, you can use a bit of honey for the salad dressing. But do not add honey to fruit salads because fruits already have natural sugars.

Desserts are supposed to be sweet and thus contain sugar. But you can make your dessert healthy by using honey instead of sugar. Add honey to your custards and tarts.
