After taking off the makeup with the help of essential oils, one should apply crushed cucumber or potato on the skin for 20 minutes. 5.Cleanse your skin and the best way to do it is simply wash it with cold milk every time you walk in from a long day work. Cleansing your skin will help it breath and prevent it from infections, which is one of the major cause for acne and pimples.

6.Let your skin breath. To protect the skin from Sun, I have seen many women cover up their face completely with a scarf. Covering up with a silk or a synthetic cloth, which blocks the pores may end up in dark patches.

7.Not to forget, one of the important aspects is diet. A balanced diet, at the right time and in the right quantity is your secret to a beautiful skin. Fruits, green vegetables, fibrous food and water should be the top five priority.
