Kingfisher Calendar Girls 2013

Finally, the wait is over! The most eagerly awaited event of the year has taken place. We seem to have found the Kingfisher calendar girls for 2013. Every year, the Kingfisher calendar model hunt is conducted in October-November. The purpose is to choose 12 models who are still in the nascent stages of their career and present them to the world. This gives 12 lucky bikini models the chance to shoot to super stardom in no time.

The Kingfisher calendar model hunt has more one famous name to its credit. This prestigious model hunt has given Bollywood some of its hottest assets. Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif and Angela Johnson all made their modeling debut as Kingfisher calendar girls.

Veteran fashion photographer Atul Kasbekar has been shooting the Kingfisher bikini models from the last few years. Last year, the location of the shoot was a the blistering sands of Rajasthan. This year, the location has not yet been revealed but it is sure to be just as exotic.

The model hunt for Kingfisher was judged by Lisa Haydon and Siddharta Mallaya this year. Niharika Kaur who was the winner of the model hunt in 2012 was also present on the occasion. Lisa Haydon who is now a Bollywood actress was herself a Kingfisher calendar girl. So life comes full circle for her as she judges the same competition now.

The theme of the calendar this year is 'Fantasy'. The bikini models will be dresses and accessories accordingly to match the surreal theme. So we present to you, the 12 lucky girls who will be embarking on an adventure of a lifetime.
