Prince's new perfume for women
The 'Purple Rain' singer, Prince is releasing a perfume for women. The diminutive pop superstar's scent will be called 3121, after his new album of the same name, and according to his publicist it will be "Xquisite, Mysterious, Xotic" and will smell like a "kaleidoscope of rich florals".
Prince's fragrance will be available to buy on July 7, the same date as the hotly anticipated global 'Live Earth' charity concerts. The shows are taking place in eight cities across the globe, including London, Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro, and Prince is rumored to be headlining one. T
Prince is not the first star to release his own signature scent. Other celebrities to have put their name to a fragrance include Paris Hilton, Kylie Minogue, Sarah Jessica Parker, Britney Spears and David and Victoria Beckham. Earlier this week, Prince revealed he is to play a series of spectacular London shows this summer. The musician has announced a 21-night extravaganza in the UK capital, and the shows will reportedly be the last time he ever performs his greatest hits. Prince is charging 31.21 for tickets in honour of his '3121' album and Las Vegas club of the same name. The tour will start on August 1st, in London's 02 Arena.
