12 Stomach Acid Foods To Avoid
According to research consuming too much of acidic foods will cause harm to your kidneys. Moreover, it also helps you to suddenly develop diabetes. Therefore, controlling the acid foods you consume is the best.
There are certain foods which contain a lot of acids which are harmful to the body in the long run. Foods like corn, lentils and olives, white bread, certain nuts, oils are a few which are rich in acid.
Retaining these foods will help you to live long in a healthier manner. If you are used to adding these foods in your diet, it is best to slowly cut down on them over time, replacing it with something better and a lot more healthier. Here are some of the stomach acid foods to avoid, take a look at these foods which you should avoid. These high acid foods on the list do not contain any proteins too and have less amount of nutrients which will not help your immunity.

Lentils
Consume only a small amount of lentils on a day to day basis as it can affect your liver in time. Lentils have a certain percent of acid which when consumed everyday makes you feel gassy.

Olives
Olives when soaked in vinegar are the worse to eat as it contains a lot of acid. Never consume olives which are soaked for over a long period of time.

Corn
Corn if boiled has a lot of acid which is not good for the lining of the stomach. Corn when fried has a lesser percentage in comparison.

Blueberries
Blueberries when canned contain a lot of acid due to the preservatives and artificial sweeteners. Consuming it naturally is safer for the body.

Cranberries
Cranberries too are not a good option for you to consume if canned. Consume cranberries just the way it is if you need a natural boost to your body.

Baked Foods
Baked foods contains a lot of acid which is not good for the stomach. Baked foods main ingredient is flour. This ingredient has less nutritious which in turn creates acid in the stomach.

Milk
Milk has an acid level of pH 6.4 which is why it makes it to the list of stomach acid foods to avoid on a day to day basis. Milk powder contain more acid in comparison to cow's milk.

Yogurt
Yogurt too has a level of Ph 6. This stomach acid food should be consumed along with another ingredient and not by itself. When you consume yogurt alone it makes you feel gassy.

Walnuts
One of the stomach acid foods to avoid is walnuts. Though these nuts are good for the brain, it on the other hand produces an acid in the stomach which makes one feel stuffy/gassy.

Peanut Oil
From the many oils available in the market using peanut oil to a limit is the best considering it is one of the stomach acid foods to avoid.

Cashew Oil
Cashew oil has a percentage of pH 5.4 which is not good for your body. Replace this acidic food with something simpler like olive oil.

Sesame Oil
Sesame produces heat in the body along with other acids, therefore mixing it with another oil is considered better for you to consume.
