Easy 10 Minute Exercises Before Breakfast
Have you realised that exercising before breakfast has many great benefits. And you can acquire these benefits by taking ten minutes of your time in the morning. Exercising before breakfast isn’t a big task even if you have a hectic schedule. A quick workout in the morning can help you to burn fat in your body effectively.
It also helps to attain your weight loss goals. Working out can be painful and tiring especially in the morning but it does help you to reduce your weight and difficult belly fat.
TIPS TO FOLLOW ON FIRST DAY AT GYM
Morning exercises increases your blood flow and provides oxygen to important organs and muscles. According to a recent study it has been found that people who make it a habit to exercise on an empty stomach try to burn up to 20% more body fat than those who exercise after having food.
Working out early can help you to complete your first schedule in the morning so that you won’t flake out on your exercise due to work and important commitments. Here are some of the morning exercises that helps reduce weight.

Walking
Take the first easy step by starting off with walking, when you plan to exercise before breakfast. Try to spend 10 minutes of your time walking each morning before breakfast instead of sitting idle or cooped up in your room. For morning exercises, walking is the easiest way to start off and to continue your healthy fitness journey. Try to walk for about a mile in 10 minutes and routinely make sure to achieve your target within that schedule time. If you plan to increase the intensity of your workout then try to walk on hilly terrains or stairs.

Jump rope
You can literally burn up to 135 calories in 10 minutes using the jump rope. Jumping rope is a good calorie burner. It is certainly good for the heart. Rope jumping is perfect exercising before breakfast as it adds spice to your workout routine. Try to wear shoes preferably cross-training shoes while jumping since while doing it in bare foot, you could miss the jump and hurt your legs.

Cycling
If you have a stationary bike kept in your room, try to cycle for 10 minutes. Doing this exercise before breakfast is a good workout option. Cycling at a steady pace helps to pump up your heart rate faster.

Jogging
For a great morning exercise, try to do a quick jog around your neighborhood . Doing this exercise allows you to get fresh air and also keeps you on your toes the whole day. Start off with a quick brisk walk and then move forward to a jog. Make sure to slow down into a mild walk after you have completed ten minutes. This workout is a good calorie burner exercise before breakfast.

Yoga
Ten minutes of yoga is enough to keep you mind and your body in good shape. Yoga can give all the benefits that a gym can but in a more peaceful and holistic way. This is a perfect exercise before breakfast as it stretches out the muscles in your body. Doing yoga regularly helps you to get strong arms, toned buttocks and legs. Yoga also helps you to lose weight and improves stamina.
