These days, we can see people still going to temples, doing vrats and visiting Mutts and gurus and receiving prasad from them. Little do we know how to use the Mantrakshata that they give us and we are also unaware of its significance and uses. If used in the right way, it can come of tremendous use and help you with all steps that you take in life.

Three Types Of "Akshata"

Akshata that you get to see in Mutts and temples can be of three kinds. The ones prepared from rice, Til, in rice and the Suvarna mantrakshata. Rice akshata can be of two types, the one made with turmeric and the other made with Kumkum.

Til Akshata is used during Tarpan ceremonies. But the most important type of Akshata is the Mantrakshata which is given at mutts after the puja. This akshata can help Students in studies, cure diseases, ensures safe journey, and removes all the vastu doshas. Receiving Akshata is of utmost importance while getting blessed by a Guru.

When Gurus converse with you, at their Mutts, give you some instructions and then bless you with Akshata, this akshata comes to be known as "suvarnamantrakshata"

Suvarna Mantrakshata:

"Suvarna Mantrakshata" should not be received directly from the hands of the Guru. Men should receive it in their shalya and women must receive it in to the pallu of their sarees. Goddess Lakshmi resides in the attire or saree of a woman.

1. There are some innovative uses for the Suvarna Mantrakshate. Keep it along with cash in your cashbox and worship it daily. You will be freed from poverty.

2. Keep it in a place where you do your business and see it flourish.Keep it in puja mandir and worship daily to avert evil energies and black magic. Also Goddess Lakshmi will be pleased and remove all your financial difficulties.

4. If you perform puja to it and then recite "Gurucharitra", Jupiter dosha will totally be removed. Place it in a silver amulet and wear it daily. Any venture that you undertake will succeed. .before constructing your new house, or before digging a well, worshipping the akshata will bless the construction and well will have sweet water.

5. The grains should not be spilt on the ground while receiving it. It can solve your health problems if used in the right way. Keep it folded in a whilte cloth and keep it inside the right side pocket of your shirt or on the right side of your body.

6. Mix sandal wood powder and few tulsi leaves with akshata in it and sprinkle it over your head. You will win in any efforts that you put in. Just put two grains of Akshata over your head daily.

When you are faced with a problem, the akshata grains on your head will bless you out of it. This acts like a protection or Raksha and save your from problems.
