There are about 300 million temples out of which some have mysterious historical background. There are some temples which defy logic and reason and they are still being actively worshipped. These famous temples have attracted a loyal devotee base at all times. Let us get into details and see which temples have held us in their powerful sway with their aura and energy.

no
fish
in
the
teerth
kund
or
pond
in
the
temple
of
Meenakshiyamman
at
Madurai.
No
fish
can
survive
even
if
introduced
to
the
pond.

Madurai
Meenakshi
temple
has
14
gopurams
installed
together
which
is
very
rarely
seen
in
temples.

Mariamman

Udupi
every
year.

yearlong
Rathotsava,
of
Udupi
Krishna,
during
charanotsava
in
the
afternoon,
a
garuda
carries
out
pradakshina
around

chariot
of
God.

is
not
seen
on
any
other
day.
