Travelling
Travelling
during
pregnancy
must
be
done
very
safely.
Specially
in
the
first
trimester
when

foetus
is
still
not
strong
enough
to
absorb
shocks,
avoid
long
distance
travelling.

try
to

bumpy
rides
and

not
travel
by
two-wheelers.

and

Caffeine
In

first
trimester

you

not

aware
that
you
are

coffee
drinker
you
will
continue
with
your
daily
doses
of
caffeine.

grams
of
caffeine
is
permitted
to
a
pregnant
women
which
is
about
1
pack
of
instant
coffee.
To
avoid
miscarriage,
cut
down
on
your
coffee
intake.
Stress
Hormones
When
you
are
stressed,
a
hormone
called
cortisol
is
produced
in
your
body.
This
stress
hormones
can
start
contractions
in
your
uterus
and
dislodge
the
young
foetus.
So,
try
to
avoid
stress
as
much
as
you
can.
