Mukesh Ambani's Love Proposal That Stopped Traffic
The narrative of Mukesh Ambani's proposal to Nita is as unique as their journey together. He chose a bustling traffic jam on Mumbai's Peddar Road as the setting for this life-changing question.

Mukesh had taken Nita on a drive amid the busy traffic on Peddar Road, Mumbai, and with car horns blaring and queues of vehicles, he popped the question, "Will you marry me?" in the car. The urgency for an immediate answer left Nita startled, but Mukesh was adamant, refusing to move the car without her response. Ultimately, Nita consented, marking the beginning of their journey together.

Intriguingly, when Nita asked about what Mukesh would have done had she declined, he responded, "I would have dropped you home and remained a good friend." This anecdote not only reveals the unique circumstances of their engagement but also highlights the strength and depth of their bond.

Even though she is no longer a full-time school teacher, Nita Ambani didn't let go of her passion for education. She runs the Dhirubani Ambani International School in Mumbai, founded in the year 2003, and named after her late father-in-law.

Currently, Nita Ambani's net worth is estimated to be $2.8 to $3 billion.
