One of the most common fears the world over is Monday. Monday mornings are often sad, depressive and our motivation levels are at an all-time low. Maybe it is the forceful reality check that you hate after two days of pure, uninterrupted bliss (read, weekends). You wish that weekends were longer. Why Do We Feel Lazy On Mondays?

Monday's make waking up a seemingly impossible chore. Even after you drag yourself out of deep slumber to take a shower, the water looks ridiculously cold.
