Between 9pm-11pm

Between 11pm-1am

Between 1-3am
This is a crucial time for the body toxins to get detoxified and renewal process starts. The liver breaks down the toxins and releases fresh blood.

Between 3-5am
This is the time that your lungs are under repair and your body gets flooded with oxygen. Make sure that you are warm enough to help facilitate bodily functions. This can be one of the reason why you wake up at the same time.

Between 5-7am
This is the time when the remaining toxins are released and broken down in the night are getting cleared out of the system. Having a poor diet or eating meal too late can also lead to problems that will wake you at this time.
