Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's 7th consecutive announcement of the budget, change in tax regime and substantial financial aid for Andhra Pradesh and Bihar in Budget 2024 have left social media buzzing with reactions and opinions, including a plethora of hilarious memes.

Sitharaman said, Andhra Pradesh will get the support of Rs 15,000 crore to develop its capital Amaravati. "Recognising the state's need for capital, we will facilitate special financial support through multilateral agencies. In the current financial year, Rs 15,000 crore will be arranged with additional amounts in future years."
Bihar too is set to benefit from Rs 26,000 crore allocated by the Union government for various road projects. This significant investment aims to improve infrastructure and connectivity within the state.
