Sources revealed that producers of the TV show 'Dancing With The Stars' have sent Pammy a list of requirements and solutions to avoid wardrobe malfunction.

"They continue to tell Pam that she must make her costume designs more modest," reveals an insider. Pamela Anderson have been requested to take care of her properties.

Wardrobe malfunction, some created and some accidentally have become a reason of caution in the fashion world. The fashion should never cross the limits to vulgarity.
