The Buyer For Nicolas Cage’s Bel Air Mansion

Nicolas Cage
Here comes a buyer for the Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage"s Bel Air Mansion. The property in Los Angeles has reportedly sold for a fraction of his original asking price. The property had once belonged to Tom Jones and Dean Martin.

The 'Conair" star had first put the home on the market in 2007 with a massive 23.3 million pounds price tag. However, after 12 months, he dropped the price to 11.7 million pounds. He later set up a silent auction, with bids starting at 6.6 million pounds - 28 per cent of the original asking price.

The actor has finally accepted an offer for the mansion, said to be between 6.6 million pounds and 10 million pounds. The star is said to be reassessing his finances so he can pay off a string of tax bills dating back to 1997.
