Eva mandes idea on spicing up life
It's not often that you find your favourite actress giving you the words of inspiration. And when it does, it's just like those set of words that you must have possibly been waiting for all those years. And then suddenly, everything that you thought looks right, everything under the open blue sky. No matter if the whole world opines against that, but nothing looks like a hurdle any more.

So, here you go. Few words of inspiration. And this time it comes from the chic who played the leading role in the movie, '2 Fast 2 Furious'.

I want to encourage the world to inject more pleasure into their lives and I think especially at this time in the world where it's all doom and gloom.

The star who also featured in the 2005 released movie, Hitch, has been named as the Global Pleasure ambassador of Magnum ice cream as she launched the world's largest survey on pleasure. Eva, who had once confessed that she was not ashamed or frightened about showing her body, now feels that women should allow themselves indulgences despite the social roles they are expected to play.

"I think as women, we''re sometimes told not to ask for certain things, or to constantly put others before ourselves," Fox News quoted her as saying. She adds: "These are nice characteristics but I think that women should learn to ask for what they want in all areas of their lives more than they currently do". "I want to encourage the world to inject more pleasure into their lives and I think especially at this time in the world where it's all doom and gloom it's a fantastic time to talk about pleasure and work out how to get more pleasure into our lives."

The married actress further stressed upon being true to one's individuality, and not bowing down to social pressure."I think sometimes society can put pressure on women to get married at a certain age and to have kids at a certain age, but I think one of the great things about being a true individual is not listening to societal pressures and just to do what you want and not to be afraid to go on your own train,"concludes the actress.
