Children Use Rubber Tube To Reach School

While displaying a callous attitude, the public administration feigned any knowledge of such a situation, however, the parents of these children for years have been petitioning for a bridge or a culvert over the river.
The young students, who are worthy of every sort of bravery awards, say often while crossing the river, they face the danger of losing balance and falling in the river. “While sometimes our bags get wet, and we are always scared of falling into the river from the rubber tube."
A school teacher, Pratibha Jain said that the administration has totally been irresponsible, despite the fact that many children have lost their lives in the process of crossing river.
“The children travel almost 10 kilometers everyday to come to school, and they have cross the river using a rubber tube. The situation gets worse during the rainy season and many children have lost their lives as well but the administration still is blind towards the plight of these children and their families." she says.
When confronted the district collector refrained from answering any questions, while the children in Ashoknagar are still risking their lives to go to school, any help from the administration surely looks out of sight.
