Barbra Streisand Auctions Personal Items For Charity!

Singer Barbra Streisand has handed over more than 400 personal items to go under the hammer in New York. Proceeds from the auction are to benefit her charity, the Streisand Foundation that helps women's, children's, environmental and political causes.

The singer donated items including performance costumes, paintings, furniture and other collectables that will be put on display in Newbridge, Co Kildare, Ireland, in September while the sale will be held in October.
