He was spotted and photographed at a book and toy shop in Las Vegas, near his home. Jackson's bizarre appearance sparked fears on his health.

One among the eight security guards pushed Jackson's wheelchair around the shop. Onlookers were surprised to see their celebrity singer in such a helpless condition.

Even though unhealthy and amidst controversies, Jackson, to reconfirm the world that still he remains the King of Pop music, a new double album, named King Of Pop, is set to be released to mark his 50th birthday on August 29.
