2. Badam thandai
You will need to boil milk before adding saffron and dates. Add 2 tablespoons of cardamom powder, 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds, 5-6 black peppercorns, and 1 tablespoon of roasted sunflower seed powder to the milk.
Let it sit on the gas until it thickens, then filter the liquid, then chill it for 1-2 hours. Garnish it with pistachios, almonds, and a pinch of saffron before serving.
Benefit
A good healthy drink option in summer is badam thandai. Almonds contain many nutrients such as magnesium, protein and fibre. It helps to reduce appetite and increase inner strength [2].

3. Carrot and beetroot kanji
Put the carrots and beetroots in a ceramic jar after cutting them into thin, long pieces. The mixture should be covered with a muslin cloth or lid and kept in the sun for a period of 3-4 days. Keep stirring every day with a wooden spoon until the kanji becomes sour. Your drink is ready to serve when it becomes sour.
Benefit
In addition to strengthening the digestive system and boosting immunity, kanji contain vitamins C and antioxidants. These drinks can also be effective for weight loss and skin care [4].
4. Honey and amla drink
Firstly, crush the green gooseberries and extract their juice by filtering it with a cloth. Afterwards, mix three teaspoons of honey into three teaspoons of green gooseberry juice. After exercising, take this mixture of amla and honey for energy.
You should not eat anything for two hours after drinking this juice. If you do not like honey, you can mix the juice of three to four gooseberries with water and drink it daily.
