If you breathe through your mouth, your body will not be able to get enough oxygen. This could lower the oxygen levels in your blood. That is why mouth breathing is considered dangerous.

What obstructs your nasal airways? Well, it could be enlarged adenoids, enlarged tonsils, allergic rhinitis, deviated nasal septum and nasal polyps. A doctor can diagnose the issue.
