Health Risks Of Sitting At A Desk All Day
We perceive health problems as a threat to life, but sitting is a bigger threat to your lifespan. Read on to know about the health risks of sitting at a desk all day...
In the future, more people may die due to inaction than any other epidemic! Yes, sitting has dire consequences.
You have more than 600 muscles and around 206 bones in your body. What are they for? They are there to help you move; not sit for the whole day!
Inactive body loses its agility and embraces old age faster! A study claims that people who sit for more than 6 hours a day are 50% more at the risk of death due to health issues (heart issues, obesity, cancer or diabetes).
Take a look at what happens when you sit all the time....

Risk #1
When you sit for too long, your pancreas will be forced to make more insulin. In the long run, this could up diabetes risk.
