4. Difficultly In Breathing:

5. Constant Fatigue:

When the tumour swells, it causes pressure on the stomach, bladder and small intestine. It causes changes in the bowel habits. This is one of the early signs of ovarian cancer.

7. Lower Back Pain:
Ovarian cancer can make women experience pain in their lower back radiating to their pelvic area. This pain can increase overtime causing extreme difficulty.

8. Quickly Getting Full:
Having a very low appetite or feeling full after eating very little is a sign of ovarian cancer. This will also lead to fatigue and weight loss issues.

9. Abdominal Swelling Or Bloating:
Feeling discomfort in the lower abdomen like bloating, indigestion, flatulence, nausea and heartburn are symptoms that you need to wary of, especially if you're a woman over 50.

10. Pelvic Pain:
Tumour developing in the ovary can lead to pelvic pain. This is because of the pressure of the tumour that is exerted around and on the ovarian area. If this pain persists, then it indicates ovarian cancer.
