Side Effects Of Antibiotics
Antibiotics are good for treating bacterial infections. However, nowadays, people are using antibiotics for illnesses that can be cured easily. This can end up causing a number of side effects.
In the 1930s a drug changed the face of modern medicine for better, antibiotics. Countless lives were saved by these since then, but since the twenty-first century antibiotic abuse is which makes these less powerful today, which could spell big trouble for everyone.
The trouble is that numerous individuals, including some physicians themselves fail to realize, or have forgotten, what antibiotics can and cannot do. Just in case you have an ear infection, tuberculosis or any other bacterial infection, they might work wonders.

That fact does not stop thousands of individuals hurrying to their physician's office, requiring them at the very first indication of a runny nose, and sadly often times that request is granted.
Even when taken for numerous reasons antibiotics have adverse effects. Many who take them may experience sickness and diarrhoea, but if they are doing their job, that is something which regrettably the patient has to live with.

Antibiotics work by eliminating all microorganisms from our systems, the good with the bad. These antibiotics end up flushing out the good bacteria along with the bad from the intestine. If taken frequently, it can lead to diseases like ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
The misuse of antibiotics has led to bacteria inside our bodies that become resistant to the antibiotics currently found and researchers are working each day attempting to develop new antibiotics to fight these threats.

Antibiotics if taken on a regular basis can lead to weight gain and type 2 diabetes. Research has proved that use of antibiotics has also ended up affecting the brain. It has been found to cause depression and anxiety.
It is not just our own ingestion of antibiotics that threaten our health. Increasingly, animals are given antibiotics in order to fatten them before being slaughtered for their meat.
To stop this alarming trend individuals need to be re-educated about the proper use of antibiotics and realize that there are specific things which just cannot be healed by popping pills. The answer to your kid's night time cold symptoms cannot be present in a bottle of bright pink antibiotic.
