Epsom salt baths can drain the pus out of the boil. Add Epsom salt to hot water tub and spend some time soaking yourself in it.

Remedy #4
Take a cup of hot water and dip a small piece of cotton and place it on the boil. Doing this several times can bring the pus out.

Remedy #5
Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and antiseptic in nature. Smear some turmeric on the boil to heal it faster.

Remedy #6
If the boil doesn't heal fast in a day or two, rush to the doctor as it could be an infection.
