It is said that we need at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night to avoid the release of the stress hormone cortisol. Night is the time when our body undergoes the rejuvenation process.
So, it is highly important that we take care of our eating and sleeping habits, as these habits can help us live a healthier life.

Red meat

Junk food

Pasta
It is a great quick-fix for those busy souls. But it also contains lots of carbs, which cause your glucose levels to shoot up giving you loads of energy, which is the last thing you should want if you are aiming for a sound sleep.
