If you have gained weight then you must be doing all possible measures to curb it. Being obese is a matter of concern as it causes almost all health issues.
An obese person is at high risk of developing heart problems, joint pain, high cholesterol levels, fertility issues, diabetes and high blood pressure. Being overweight also causes hormonal imbalance.
Foods That Make You Happy With Your Body Size
Most people are obsessed with their weight gain and do many mistakes during their weight loss process. They may harm themselves and may even gain more weight instead of losing it.
Taking all necessary precautions to avoid weight gain, eating healthy foods, doing workout is good for weight loss but overdoing anything can have negative results.
Here are the things that you should avoid if you have gained weight.

Skipping Meals
Skipping your meals can cause many stomach issues and moreover you will end up gaining more weight. When you skip meals, your body craves for more food that is too rich in carbs and fats. You can have smaller meals frequently so that you will feel less hungry and eat less.

Punishing Yourself
Avoid the thought of being fat & stop cursing your body. This makes you feel sad and depressed and results in emotional eating. As a result you will put on more weight. Love your body and be kind to yourself. Doing so will help you in weight loss.

Don’t Obsessively Weigh Yourself
People, who are making attempts to lose weight, always check their weight every now and then. This may depress you as it takes 15 days to show positive results. Your weight may vary per day depending on the how much water is retained in your body.

Excessive Exercise
The rule of exercising for weight loss is to start slowly and increase it gradually. You must be consistent also for work out. If you show over enthusiasm in exercising and go for vigorous exercise then this won't help. After strenuous exercise you will feel tired for many days.

Fad Diet
Following a strict diet regime for longer time will result in weight gain after you quit your diet plan. If you want a perfect body size that will last forever, eat real food and avoid processed foods. Eat a balanced diet including fats, carbs and proteins for sustained weight loss.

Avoiding Hunger Cues
Don't simply avoid your hungr feed your body when you are slightly hungry and stop eating when you are slightly satisfied. If you will avoid your hunger then you will end up eating more food than normal which will result in more weight gain.

Focusing On What You Can’t Eat
If a particular food is good for weight loss and you simply can't eat it because you don't like its taste then there is no need to force yourself to eat it. Instead of that focus on other high energy foods that you like. This will make you feel satisfied and happy with your weight loss attempts and ultimately you will continue your weight loss regime happily.
