Sleep is the most pleasurable thing in the world. Especially in the winters, the cold does not let you wake up early. The drowsiness remains even after sleeping for a good long time.
Generally, caffeine is used as one method to wake up from sleep. But coffee is not a healthy way to wake up in the morning.

There are other healthy ways to wake yourself up other than nicotine or caffeine. In this article we shall discuss on healthy ways to wake yourself up. These are natural methods which will not have any unhealthy effect on our body.

Following these methods will help you to wake up yourself and not feel dull all day.
A glass of water - This sounds a little skeptical, but using water as healthy way to wake yourself up is quite good. The water helps to regenerate your senses making you feel fresh. The water also helps to clear your digestion. A clear digestion system helps in making your day better. Therefore, drink water as a healthy way to wake yourself up in the morning.
Warm yourself up - To feel energetic and fresh all day, you should warm yourself with doing some exercise. Exercising helps to warm your body and boost your body metabolism and working. You can do any exercise like walking, running and yoga to feel fresh. Exercising is a healthy way to wake yourself up in the morning. You must exercise first thing in the morning. This will also keep you fresh and fit.
Breathing routine or meditate - Meditation is also good to clear your mind and feel good. Yoga breathing methods also help to re energize the body. These are two healthy ways of waking yourself up. Breathing exercises or meditation helps to calm down the mind and make it ready for the whole day. Breathing exercises also help to take in large oxygen in the morning which in turn increases body functioning.
Listen to good music - Nothing is as soothing to our mind as music. Music helps to rejuvenate the body and mind. In the morning, use a good song or music piece to wake yourself up. Put an alarm tone with your favorite soft music. This will not irritate or annoy you. Also, it will help in making you feel good after listening to your favorite song first thing in the morning. You can use this healthy way of waking yourself up in the morning. Try doing this and you might just give up on putting your alarm on snooze every 5 minutes.
Night sleep - To wake up fresh and energetic you should have a good night sleep. Once you sleep well enough your brain would function better. Therefore, having a good sleep routine is also one healthy way of waking up early in the morning. This is the only reason why people use the idiom, 'Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise.' Follow this routine and you will have no problems in your health or body functioning. It is always good to wake up in a healthy way to have a good day ahead.
