Why I Am Fat? Excuses That Are Killing You

Do not be surprised, these are exactly the excuses you give to yourself for being over weight. This is how ridiculous it sounds when you put down in writing. The causes of obesity are many but one of the biggest cause is laziness. This magnanimous cause of obesity unfortunately has no solution. But it has a cure and that is to break your self made myths about 'why I am fat'.
Here are some of the things you say to yourself to justify your laziness in not wanting to lose weight fast.
Why I Am Fat? Excuses:

It's
Genetic:
Excellent!
If
you
cannot
blame
God
or
your
destiny
then
just
blame
your
genes.
It
is
like
the
new
scientific
'scapegoat'
for
losers.
I
am
not
pretty
because
of
my
genes.
Why
I
am
fat
is
because
of
my
genes?
These
excuses
are
so
that
you
have
to
do
no
workout;
it
fooling
nobody
other
than
yourself.
It
is
not
like
the
causes
of
obesity
do
not
include
genes
but
there
is
a
way
around
it
and
that
is
regular
exercises.
2.
I
Can't
Diet;
I
Am
Too
Weak:
Well
the
whole
point
is
that
you
do
not
have
to
diet
to
lose
weight.
Crash
diets
are
temporary
and
all
the
weight
will
come
tumbling
back.
Everybody
knows
that
by
now.
What
you
need
to
do
is
eat
healthy
and
not
give
into
cravings.
Fill
yourself
with
greens,
it
will
surely
not
make
you
weak
but
it
will
take
effort
and
discipline.

I
Am
Too
Busy
To
Workout:
Are
you
too
busy
to
die?
This
is
because
that
is
what
is
going
to
happen
to
you
soon
enough.
Many
people
have
lost
their
lives
to
all
the
harmful
effects
of
excess
weight.
If
will
make
you
sluggish
and
put
pressure
on
your
heart.
Cholesterol
will
start
clogging
all
your
arteries
by
the
time
you
are
40.
This
is
not
an
alarmist's
call
to
scare
you.
All

are
saying
is
that
if
you
find
time
to
eat,
sleep
and
bathe,
then
exercises
should
not
be
such
a
fight.
4. I Have Tried It All And It Doesn't Work: While this answer to the question, 'why I am fat' could have a vein of truth to it, in a majority of cases this is a cover up story so that you have to do no work out. If you have tried everything then have you tried it the right way? Dieting for example has to be accompanied by lifestyle changes. If it is really not working for you then you might have some specific problem like thyroid.
The excuses against workout that you give may be funny but their consequences are not. So start a new day without excuses.
