They
should
follow
a
high-protein,
low-carb
diet
with
lots

meat
and
fish
but
no
dairy
products,
wheat
or
grains.
Blood
Type
A
They
have
thicker
blood
than
other
blood
types,
a
sensitive
immune
system.
They
should
follow
a
vegetarian
diet
that
include
nuts,
seeds,
beans,
cereals,
pasta,
rice,
fruit.
They
must
avoid
dairy
products
Blood
Type
B
They
have
the
best
chance
of
avoiding
diseases,
including
heart
disease
and
cancer.
Should
consume
a
balanced
diet
of
fruits
and
vegetables,
grains,
fish,
dairy
products.
The
only
foods
that
need
to
be
avoided
are
processed
foods
Blood
Type
AB
This
type
of
blood
group
people
should

eat
a
combination
of
the
foods
recommended
for
blood

mostly
