In

traction
among
health
enthusiasts.

and
he
was
sentenced
to
8
years
of
prison,
mentioned
a
UK-based
news
site
Metro.
He wanted his son to be a superman, so he kept the infant on a strictly vegan 'prana' diet, which included foods such as berries, which are said to boost the body's spiritual health. As an experiment, he wanted to purely feed Kosmos with the Sun and denied all traditional medicine. Also, he soaked him in cold water to toughen him up. However, the child died of 'pneumonia and emaciation' on his way to the hospital.
Let us know the dos and don'ts of the sunlight diet to help you safely incorporate sunlight into your health regimen.

Morning
Sunlight
The
best

early
in
the

This
is
when
the
sun's
rays
are
less
intense
and
provide
the
most
benefits.
2.
Gradual
Exposure
Start
with
short
periods
of
sun
exposure,
such
as
5-10
minutes,
and
gradually
increase
the
duration
as
your
skin
gets
accustomed
to
the
sunlight.
3.
Protect

Use

with
a
