Ingredients
You will need 1 bitter gourd, 1 lemon and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Preparation
Chop the bitter gourd and juice it up. Squeeze the lemon and add its juice. Mix the olive oil in it. Blend all of them and drink the juice for 30 days. Don't forget to drink lots of water.
