Boiled Egg
A poached egg comes with 72 calories and a boiled egg may offer around 78 calories. Eating a boiled egg is the healthiest way to eat an egg.

Scrambled Eggs
If you scramble an egg with milk, the calorie count in it would be around 90-100 calories. The calories could also vary depending upon the oil/butter/cheese used in the process. Fried eggs come with 90 calories.

Yolk And Egg White
The yolk of an egg has around 55 calories. Egg white contains 17 calories. Egg white has more of protein; the yolk has more of vitamins and minerals along with cholesterol.
