Also, many types of beer contain a compound known as phytoestrogen, which can create certain hormonal imbalances in the body, resulting in the accumulation of belly fat.
So, in conclusion, drinking beer on a regular basis can definitely increase belly fat, especially if you do not follow a healthy diet and exercise routine!
