Cayenne pepper: As an antiseptic, you can have this spice to flush out toxins from your body. It is a healthy spice because the antioxidants in cayenne pepper protects the body from gastroenteritis or other gastrointestinal infections. Cayenne pepper also improves digestion and cures diarrhea. If you are suffering from food poisoning, have cayenne pepper. It is a home remedy for such stomach problems.
Garlic: It is one of the nutritious spice for heart patients. Forget the strong smell of this spice. The antioxidants and antifungal properties make it a strong antiseptic too! Apart from cleansing the internal body, this spice also protects the gastrointestinal tract from cancer and other diseases.
Turmeric: Most of the recipe ingredients have turmeric powder in them. It is used to add yellow colour to the dish. It is also used to improve skin complexion. This healthy spice can be used to cleanse the body by flushing out toxins. Turmeric reduces inflammation, improves digestion, combats viral and fungal infections with its anti-inflammatory properties.
Ginger: The digestion tonic is another healthy spice to cleanse the body. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, antacid and laxative compounds. Have a slice of ginger to cure indigestion, gastroenteritis and other stomach infections. You can also add it to your cup of tea to get relief from headache. Mix it with garlic and eat to cure indigestion, and also, treat cold and cough.
Red chilli powder: This spice can build heat and make you gulp glasses of water to reduce inflammation. This anti-inflammatory spice helps flush out toxins from the body.
Cinnamon: This spice adds flavour to your tea or sabzi. Cinnamon has astringent and antimicrobial components that cleanse the body and supports a weak digestive system. Cinnamon also controls the blood sugar levels.
