It is also rich in phytonutrients that protects the body by neutralising free radicals. Drinking turmeric tea or turmeric milk mixed daily is very benefical.

Jaggery: Jaggery is rich in iron that improves the haemoglobin level in the blood, which in turn increases the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood. It also helps to get rid of breathing issues, sore throat, lung infection that occurs due to pollution. You can make jaggery tea, jaggery milk, jaggery smoothie, etc.

Dry fruits: Consuming dry fruits can help you boost your immunity, they are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can provide nutrients to your body. You can add dry fruits in your smoothies, oatmeals or you can munch on them as a snack.
