Here are some tips that you can use to create a safe environment for you and your baby where you can breathe freely.

Always check the Air Quality Index before stepping out of your home, it will give you an idea of the pollution level. If the pollution level is more than usual or above the safety level, it's advisable to stay indoors.

You should consider getting an air purifier, they usually consist of filters that will help you to remove smoke, mold, germs, and toxins from the air. You can also get plants for your home to filter the air naturally.

Keep yourself hydrated, drink plenty of water, juices, and herbal teas to support your gut health and nervous system. These herbal teas will also help you to build immunity and lower the effects of pollution on your body.

Consider staying on an antioxidant-rich diet, consuming fruits, leafy vegetables, nuts, and seeds will help you combat pollution. Wash your fruits and vegetables thoroughly as they can also be laced with harmful toxins by being exposed to pollution.
