Urinary Tract Infection? Try This Remedy
Urinary tract infection can create lot of trouble and inconvenience. You get the urge to pass urine but may not be able to do it effortlessly; and when you do so, it pains a lot due to the burning sensation down there. That could be a miserable experience.

The culprit is bacteria. There could be many reasons behind it. Some say that not passing urine after making love could be a reason whereas some say that postponing nature's calls could be the reason. Try this remedy first and if it doesn't work, consult a doctor.

Remedy 1: Parsley water can heal your urinary system. Boil some water and add some parsley leaves to it. Let the water boil on medium heat for some time so that the leaves immerse their essence in the water. After 5 minutes, pour the water in a cup and drink it.

Remedy 2: Boil some water and add some grated ginger to it. Let it boil for 5 minutes and add a tea bag before drinking it. As ginger contains anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties, it helps you a lot.

Celery
Chew some celery seeds or drink some celery water. It can help ease the symptoms of UTI.

Cucumber
Cucumbers hydrate your system and they also ease the pain and discomfort caused by UTI. Enjoy a salad.

Avoid Chocolate
Avoid eating chocolate especially when you are suffering from UTI as it might irritate your urinary system.

No Coffee
Also avoid drinking coffee and soft drinks as they may also irritate your bladder and make the pain worse.

Water
Drink as much as water to flush out the bacteria and also ease the passage of urine.

Baking Soda
Add a pinch of baking soda to a glass of water and drink it. This will minimise the acidity of your urine. But don't try this remedy for more than 3 days.

Cranberry Juice
Drink a glass of pure cranberry juice without sugar for two days. You might find some relief.

Blueberry
Even blueberry juice works well in fighting the bacteria in the urinary tract. Consume some blue berries along with your morning meal.
