All that one needs are a bunch of spinach leaves, almonds, oats, pineapple, water and flaxseeds (optional) to prepare this green natural drink to have healthy muscles and bones.
Spinach is one of the best green vegetables that is rich in proteins and other nutrients like vitamins, iron and minerals. In addition, the other contents in the drink add in fibres and antioxidants too. All these make the drink one of the best natural healthy sources that helps in fighting muscle cramps and breakage of bones.

The method to prepare the drink is explained here. Take a look.
1. Take a small bunch of spinach leaves. Wash it thoroughly with cold running water.

2. Take about 5-6 pieces of raw almonds.

3. Take about half a cup of oats.

4. Take about half a cup of cut pineapple.

5. You could add flaxseeds if you wish; not necessary.

6. Add all these to a grinder and also add half a glass of water to it.

7. Blend all these ingredients well and then drink this juice.
