Fad Diets May Harm Your Health

Fad diets may be the quickest way to diet,exercise,garden plants,medicine,non vegetarian recipes,nutrition,triglyceride,weight loss but is not a healthy one, according Dr. Jo Ann Carson, professor of clinical nutrition at UT Southwestern Medical Center.
"Fad diets are a temporary fix to a problem that requires a lifelong solution. Healthy eating and exercise habits all year long will keep you beach-body ready for any season," Dr. Carson said.
She has warned against any diet that results in more than one to two pounds of diet,exercise,garden plants,medicine,non vegetarian recipes,nutrition,triglyceride,weight loss per week, eliminates an entire food group or forces you to eat from one or two food groups and forces a person to take a pill or buy a product.
Dr. Carson said that people should eat three balanced meals per day, with plenty of vegetables, fruits, and whole grains.
She suggested that people should also control portion sizes of meats, fats, and sweets and they should get at least thirty minutes of exercise per day, even it"s just a walk around the block.
