When was the last time you went to the supermarket and filled your cart with only fat free diet food? If you have the habit of enjoying only diet foods to help lose weight, you wont get far.
There are some diet foods that make you fat 'faster' and only around the belly region. Foods like frozen yogurt, nuts, diet coke are few options people binge on to keep the tummy full should be avoided.
