This is a simple exercise for breast lifting. All you have to do is simply flop your belly down and push yourself right back up using your arms. The arm exercise for sagging breasts
You need to take both arms in front of you and stand in a prayer position. Now bring both your hands together with the palms flat against each other. Posture is important
