Sanya Malhotra Flaunts Her Mother's Creation At The Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne, Get Influenced!
Apart from her remarkable performance in the movie Mrs., Sanya Malhotra recently made waves at the 15th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne with a heartfelt and intimate gesture that touched everyone in the audience. Sanya, who was acclaimed for her work at the festival with a standing ovation, wore a highly emotive outfit crafted by her mother Renu Malhotra!
Read on to find out the story associated with Sanya Malhotra's quintessential desi look:

Timeless Banarasi Ensemble
Dangal movie star's thoughtful outfit selection included a gorgeous deep purple Banarasi jacquard kurta with elaborate floral designs that emphasized her mother's remarkable needlework. Delhi Vintage Co.'s vibrant red jacket, worn with the kurta, made for a startling juxtaposition that gave the traditional ensemble a modern twist. Rich, vivid purple and scarlet hues brilliantly encapsulated the joyous spirit of the celebration, adding to the special and unforgettable nature of Sanya's look.
Sanya wrote a lovely post on Instagram that won over many hearts as a way to thank and admire her mother. She shared that her mother had been her stylist for as long as she could remember, creating and sewing garments for her and her sister. Financial limitations prevented Renu Malhotra from pursuing her childhood passion of studying fashion, but she used all of her inventiveness to outfit her girls with tenderness and affection.

Heritage Indian Jewellery
Badhaai Ho movie star's choice of jewellery for the occasion gave the ensemble an even more opulent touch. Beautiful jewellery from Shri Paramani Jewels, a company renowned for its commitment to traditional workmanship, was used by Sanya to adorn herself.
The jewellery included a gorgeous sheesh patti, adorned with pearls, jadau art, diamond polki, and jhumkas. These elaborate jewels gave her ensemble a regal touch, evoking the rich history of Indian jewellery design and taking the ensemble to new heights.
Subtle Makeup And Simple Bun
Manisha Melwani and Bidipto Das, two well-known fashion stylists, helped bring the look to life by making sure each element was painstakingly chosen and well-presented. Sanya's makeup artist Natasha Mathias Dsouza created a subtle elegance to her overall look that perfectly matched the vivid colors of her gown. Natural makeup and a simple bun hairdo accentuated Sanya's inherent beauty while letting the clothing steal the show.
Replicating Kashmir Ki Kali
Sanya rounded off her appearance with a chic bag by Tasna, which gave her traditional outfit a contemporary edge. Her entire ensemble had an air of vintage Bollywood glitz, evoking memories of Sharmila Tagore's memorable appearance in the movie Kashmir Ki Kali. Sanya's ensemble, which blended traditional and modern components, honoured the heyday of Bollywood cinema while also showcasing her distinct sense of style.
Sanya Malhotra's choice to wear her mother's creation at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne served as a moving illustration that great style is eternal, very personal, and always anchored in love in a world where fashion is frequently perceived as a passing fad. It was a time to cherish for years to come because of her decision, which was a tribute to the enduring effect of her mother's creativity and their endearing bond!
