Cucumber Combo Meal Recipe – Summer Recipe
Contains :

Cucumber
Salad
2.
Cucumber
Sandwich

Cucumber
Juice
1.Cucumber Salad :
Ingredients :
1. 1 cucumber (chopped)
2. 1 tsp cumin seeds
3. 1 tsp black pepper powder (optional)
4. ¼ cup Coriander leaves (chopped)
5. Salt as per taste
Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients listed above and serve immediately. Tasty Cucumber salad is ready
2. Cucumber Sandwich :
Ingredients:
1. 1 cucumber (chopped)
2. 2 slices of bread (any bread)
3. 1 capsicum (chopped)
4. 1 onion (chopped)
5. 1 tsp cumin seeds
6. 1 tsp urad dal
7. 1 tsp gram dal
8. Cheese (sliced)
9. 1 tsp oil
10. Salt and green chillies as per taste
Method:
1. Fry cumin, chopped vegetables, green chillies with salt in a teaspoon oil for 4-5 mins.
2. Spread a slice of cheese on bread and add a teaspoon of the fried mixture. Toast the sandwich well.
Tasty Cucumber sandwich ready to serve.
3. Cucumber Juice:
Ingredients:
1. 1 cucumber (peeled and chopped)
2. 2-3 leaves mint
3. 2 tsps lemon juice
4. Pinch of pepper
5. Pinch of salt
Method:
1. In a juicer, mix all the ingredients and blend well. Tasty cucumber juice is ready.
