Fresh and radiant skin is something that everyone desires to have. However, pollution and bad diet does not do too much good to our skin, due to which we look dull and tired. Our skin starts showing signs of early aging and eventually we do not look our age.

Apart from using innumerable number of cosmetic products, we have to cleanse our self from within to get a radiant glow on our skin. By following a simple 1-2-3 detox plan, you can definitely improve the way you look.

1-2-3 detox for radiance

Day 1 of 3 day detox: Put a thick slice of lemon (organic) in a glass of hot water and drink it first thing in the morning. Have the same drink in a 2-3 hour interval. For breakfast have a glass of fruit juice prepared with apple, orange, carrot and fresh ginger as well as nettle tea. Your lunch should include fresh tomato juice that also includes garlic and green onion. Follow lunch with a glass of mint tea. For supper you can have mango, kiwi and pineapple juice. Another option is carrot and beetroot juice. Wrap your day with a mug of lime-blossom tea. This is the 1 2 3 detox plan for the first day.

Day 2 of 3 day detox: Follow the procedure of consuming hot water with a slice of thick lemon, throughout the day. Breakfast too remains the same. For much prepare a juice of carrot, radish, apple, beet and fresh lime juice. Supper has to include a bowl of fresh fruits such as apple, grapes, mango, berries, pear, raisins and unsalted cashews. Sip mint-tea in between your supper. Chamomile tea with a dash of honey is perfect before you go to bed.

Day 3 of 3 day detox: During the last of the 1 2 3 detox plan, have hot water with a slice of lemon, during regular intervals throughout the day. Breakfast should include fresh fruit salad that does not include banana. Yogurt and museli, 6 apricots and some herb tea. Have a bowl of watercress soup prepared using olive oil, vegetable stock, onion, garlic and watercress for lunch. You have whole wheat bread and herb tea along with lunch. For supper have a zucchini pasta prepared using fresh zucchini, green onions and bean sprouts. A raw salad of tomato, onion and bell peppers is ideal for your supper. Again have a cup of herb tea before wrapping your day.
