3 Easy Curd Hair Masks For Hair Fall
Most people experience hair loss at some point in their lives. While there are many products available on the market that can help to address this problem, there are also some easy and natural curd hair masks that can be made at home to help with hair fall.

Here are 3 simple curd hair masks that can be used to reduce hair fall.
1. Curd and honey mask
Honey is a natural source of nourishment and moisturising that can help to reduce hair fall and promote healthy hair growth. When mixed with curd, a honey mask can be used to nourish and strengthen the hair and scalp.
How to: Take 1 tablespoon of honey and mix it with 1 tablespoon of curd. Apply the mixture to the scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Rinse the mixture off with lukewarm water.
2. Curd and coconut oil mask
Coconut oil contains essential fatty acids which can help to nourish and condition the scalp, reducing hair fall and promoting healthy hair. When mixed with coconut oil, curd can help to reduce dandruff and improve scalp health.

It can also be used as a natural conditioner to add shine and softness to the hair.
How to: Take 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and mix it with 1 tablespoon of curd. Apply the mixture to your scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
3. Curd and fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek is a natural source of protein which can help to strengthen and nourish the hair follicles, reducing hair fall and promoting healthy hair growth. When curd and fenugreek are mixed together, it can help exfoliate the scalp and remove dirt and product buildup.
This helps to unclog hair follicles and allows the fenugreek to penetrate deeper into the scalp for better nourishment.
How to: Take 1 tablespoon of fenugreek seeds and grind it into a fine powder. Mix the powder with 1 tablespoon of curd and apply the mixture to the scalp. Leave it on for 15 minutes before rinsing it off with lukewarm water.

On A Final Note...
These simple and natural curd hair masks are easy to make and use and can be a great way to reduce hair fall and promote healthy hair growth. Try these masks out and see the difference!
