How To Use Methi & Curry Leaves For Thicker Hair

Scared of letting comb touch your hair, for the fear it may just take another huge clump of your hair and going days without shampooing, fearing the dreaded hair loss?
We have been there, done that, and know exactly what you are scared about. What if we say, it is possible to control over 50% of your hair loss with just two ingredients, which are curry leaves and methi.
Before we get on to explaining how to use methi and curry leaves for longer hair, we want you to know exactly what these ingredients can do to your crowing glory.
How does methi give you longer hair? Fenugreek seeds contain nicotinic acid, which promotes development of new hair follicles.
Other than that, fenugreek is a powerhouse of lecithin, which strengthens the hair and treats sensitive scalp condition.
Curry leaves, on the other hand, contain amino acids and antioxidants that promote new hair cell development.
This combination also happens to have a high ratio of proteins and beta-carotene. Protein improves hair elasticity, thereby preventing breakage, and beta-carotene reduces hair loss.
So, now that you know exactly what these ingredients can do, let's get down to knowing how to use this curry leaves and methi hair-straightening mask.
Step 1:

Soak methi in half a cup of water and let it sit overnight. In the morning, grind the seeds into a fine paste.
Step 2

Add a teaspoon of curry leaves powder to the paste. Mix until it blends well.
Step 3

Apply it evenly through your scalp and hair length.
Step 4

Let it sit for an hour or so and then rinse it off with your regular shampoo and conditioner.
Step 5

For added cleansing and to keep flaky dandruff at bay, you can also add a few drops of lemon juice to the mask.
