Valentine’s Day has just come to an end. You might have received some proposals that you probably do not want to accept. So, what did you do to tell the guy that you are not interested? 1.Do not be rude – You are hurting a guy anyway when you are telling a guy that you are not interested in him. It would be meaner if you say that rudely. You must be direct when you tell a guy that you are not interested, but you must not be rude when doing so. Feeling and emotions should not be insulted. You should politely let the guy know that you do not share the same feelings for him.
2.Give appropriate reasons – A guy will not be satisfied unless he knows the reasons for rejection. When you are telling a guy that you are not interested, specify the reasons for the same. It is good to be clear on your reasons as it will not lead to any other misunderstandings. Also make sure the reasons are not hurting or personally insulting to the guy. 3.Send a text – If you think you will not be able to confront the person, you should take help of a text message or email. 4.Sort it yourself – If you are already dating and have a boyfriend, you must tell your boyfriend of the other guy. But, before asking your boyfriend to solve the problem for you, politely tell the guy you are not interested. Do not make the guys quarrel for you for no reason. The same applies even if you are not dating. You must yourself tell the guy you are not interested rather than involving any third person. This would make the issue very complicated. Involving various others is not how you politely tell a guy you are not interested.
5.Reduce contact – It would be bad on your part if you continue contact with the guy even if you are not interested in him. Once somebody develops feelings, they do not fade away and only increase. If you are telling a guy you are not interested in him, leave him to move on.
