How Childbirth In The 20's Affects A Woman's Health
A recent study revealed that women who have their first pregnancy (childbirth) between the ages 20-24 are prone to certain health risks when they reach middle age whereas those who plan their first baby between 25 and 35 years of age tend to enjoy better health.

The research concluded that the health of a woman during her 40's and 50's is somewhat linked to her first pregnancy/childbirth.
This study also claimed that women who had their first childbirth during teenage reported no change in their health status after crossing 40. Till now, the focus was more on knowing about the disadvantages of getting pregnant during teenage.

three
thousand
women
participated
in
the
study.
All
of
them
were
above
40
but
they
had
their
first
child
after
the
age
of
15.
The
results
were
divided
into
three
categories
depending
upon
their
first
pregnancy.

Results
Show?
Women
who
had
their
first
child
birth
between
the
ages
15-19
reported
no
change
in
their
health
condition.
Women who had their first child birth between the ages 20-24 reported certain health issues after 40.
Women who had their first child birth between the ages 25-35 reported better health after 40.

research
claims
that
women
getting
pregnant
between
the
ages
20-24
are
prone
to
health
challenges
when
they
reach
middle
age.

There are so many other factors to consider before you plan pregnancy. This study is concerned only about the mother's health after she reaches middle age.
