"It is good opportunity for us to come out and support our sponsors who have given us great support in the tournament. So in one way, this is a small way of which we can give something back to them and I liked highlighting this occasion for them," said Andrew Hall, South African cricketer playing in ICL.
Meanwhile, the cricket lovers here witnessed that their favourite ICL stars could also set the ramp on fire just like professional models do with their style quotient. And, following the fashion parade was a Bhangra session, where the cricketers danced to popular Punjabi tunes with no hold bar.
Foreign players could not resist dancing and opted not to lag behind their Indian fellows, as all of them enjoyed the foot tapping music of a popular Bollywood movie.
"When there is a lot of cricket and the pressure is more then it is relaxing to do something other than cricket like a ramp walk. It gives you mental relaxation, so its good," said Amit Unniyal, Indian cricketer associated with ICL.
